Personal information we process

Supplier accounts store sign-in email and optionally contact numbers, business details and verification documents. When you submit a WhatsApp quote, we record the asset, approximate site area, hire requirements, a pseudonymous hashed IP and a broad device class. Your own phone number is optional and collected only when you tick consent.

Who receives the data?

WhatsApp enquiry details, including an optional phone number, are forwarded to the supplier through WhatsApp after you confirm the request. Documents are stored privately for authorised reviewers. We do not sell leads or share private compliance documents with browsing visitors.

Retention and security

We use access controls and storage policies to restrict sensitive data. We review retention requirements and erase personal information when no longer necessary, subject to applicable legal obligations. The third-party services Supabase, Vercel and WhatsApp may process relevant technical information under their own policies.

Corrections and deletion

You may request correction, access or deletion. We will verify the request before actioning it. For privacy concerns, provide an email that our operator can use to contact you.
