Marketplace role

SiteBoardSA publishes supplier-submitted information and helps users prepare WhatsApp enquiries. We are not a party to any equipment hire contract, booking, payment or delivery arrangement.

Listing and rate accuracy

Suppliers are responsible for rates, machine specifications, service radius, availability, health and safety compliance and the right to market their fleet. Displayed rates may exclude VAT, transport, fuel and operating costs. A quote is not a binding agreement.

Document review badges

“Documents checked on [date]” means our reviewers recorded required checks at that time, subject to expiry. It does not guarantee the supplier, machine condition, performance, insurance coverage or safety. Conduct your own due diligence before entering a contract.

Prohibited use

Do not publish fraudulent listings, misleading safety information, malicious files or contact details that you do not control. We may suspend or remove listings that fail checks or appear abusive.

Liability and disputes

Disputes regarding hire terms or fulfilment are between the contractor and supplier. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
